CHICO — Downtown was packed full of people Sunday evening for Chico's Christmas Preview taking photos, watching performances and watching Santa ride through the City Plaza. Businesses and local organizations pulled out their door stops for the evening to open up downtown Chico celebrating another season of Christmas.
