CHICO, Calif. — Chico's annual Cinderella's Closet event is back Saturday, April 1. The promwear event is expected to draw lines of promgoers, according to organizers. It's being hosted by the Student California Teachers Association at Chico State with help from the Butte County Probation Department and Chico Marketplace. Doors at space B229 in Chico Marketplace open at 11 a.m. 'We usually have about 50 people waiting in line,' said Natasha Shelton, senior general manager at Chico Marketplace. 'So if you get here first thing, you have your dibs on all the dresses and the shoes so I would say get here early.
